If necessary, download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This free software allows you to fill in the RMA PDF electronically (no need to print and scan!).

This is a de facto world standard for electronic documents.

STEP 2

Download the RMA PDF here:

Save the file onto your PC.

Open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Fill out the PDF and save a copy onto your PC.

STEP 3

When you are done, email the filled-out PDF, along with any supporting files (such as log files or images), to our Service Department:

We will supply you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the equipment upon receipt of the form.
